I’ve come across many rude people in my SL experience and some that Do not have group manners.
1. NO Drama.
2. You can advertise for any events that are RELATED to our theme. Nothing else. Sorry. >.>
3. Call Lucky Chairs, Midnight Mania, Mob Vends, Sales, or anything. 
If its related to our theme then it’s allowed.
4. NO RUDENESS allowed in the group chat or anywhere. You make US look bad and YOURSELF.
5. Be kind to others. If a fellow Ethnic Oddity needs a hand them please help them. Such as a Mob Vend or slappin’ a board or whatever.
6. Have fun and welcome.
How to call Lucky Chairs, MMs and etc.
This is a must know. This is how you should call the lucky chairs —> J,10 mins, .
If you DO NOT know how to create an SLURL, go to your MAP, Copy SLURL to clipboard, open up the window that you want to post it in and press Ctrl+V. Easy.
Calling Midnight Mania boards is basically the same thing but only adding 89/100, <region rating>, <store>, <what the object is>, <slurl>. Simple.
If there is a sale please post what the sale has and how much and the slurl. That is simple one.
